Checkout should be the easiest part of your order. Here is how payment works and what keeps your details safe.

Accepted payment methods

Our checkout is provided by Shopify, and payments are handled by its payment processor. The options you see depend on your country and device. They commonly include:

• Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover
• Shop Pay
• Apple Pay and Google Pay on compatible devices

All prices are charged in US dollars. If you pay from a Canadian or Australian account, your bank converts the amount and may add a foreign transaction fee.

When your payment is taken

You are charged when you place the order. If any part of it cannot be fulfilled, we refund that part to the original payment method.

What protects your card

• The entire site, checkout included, is served over encrypted HTTPS.
• Card numbers go directly into the processor's secure form. We never see or store the full number.
• Shopify's checkout is certified to PCI DSS, the card industry's security standard.
• Your bank may ask you to approve the payment with a code or in its app, which adds an extra layer of protection.

Order screening

Some orders are checked automatically for signs of fraud. Occasionally we may email you to confirm a detail before we ship. If we cannot confirm an order, we cancel it and refund you in full.

Staying safe from scams

• We will never ask for your card number, security code or password by email.
• Our emails come only from support@uldira.com or from Shopify on our behalf.
• If a message claiming to be from Uldira looks suspicious, do not click any links. Forward it to us instead.
